Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If merchandise is unused we may offer a store credit / exchange on a case to case basis. All of our products carry a guarantee, if there is any issue with your merchandise please contact Support@LilahBeau.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will be happy to help you.
Shipping & Order Pickups
Orders are shipped via USPS or Fedex with Standard Shipping times taking 3-5 business days. Expedited Shipping is typically 1-2 days. We also offer In Person Pickup at checkout. If you are in the Los Angeles area, please feel free to use this option and save on shipping costs.
Order Processing
At Lilah Beau, our products are made to order. We typically have your items ready within several business days, but may take up to a 14 days for your order to be processed, made and shipped to you.
